Municipal court information

The Windsor Place Municipal Court is affiliated with the Associate Circuit Court of Cooper County. Judge, Keith Bail who oversees court proceedings for the Windsor Place Municipal Court, is an Associate Division Judge of the Cooper County Circuit Court. The City's prosecuting attorney is Kimberly Force.

Court is typically held on the third Monday of every month at 11:00 a.m. in the Cooper County Courthouse located at 200 Main St, Boonville, MO 65233. This date is subject to change at the Judge's discretion. The Court accepts payments in the form of cash or money order. Only those charges listed on the schedule of fines link below may be paid out of court with a written plea of guilty without written approval from the Village Prosecutor.

CONTACT THE COURT CLERK’S OFFICE FOR THE SCHEDULE OF FINES FOR PAYMENTS THAT CAN BE MADE OUT OF COURT

Everyone is required to pay Court costs of $37.50 in addition to the AMOUNT listed in the schedule of fines even if you plead guilty and pay the fine outside of court

You must mail a copy of your TICKET with your payment or write the Ticket number followed by the COURT name of “windsor Place” on the money order
