Windsor Place provides sewer services to residents with a brand new state of the art wastewater treatment facility which uses green technology to treat wastewater.  This results in zero water or pollutants discharging into the area's streams and rivers.

Our water is provided by the Cooper County Consolidated Public Water Supply District #1 and is billed separate from sewer and trash services.
